Shipping policy

We ship 90% of our orders using our own transport and our drivers will happily deliver the items to the area of your property that you require. However, during peak periods and in some remote areas, we use an external courier service. In this case, the items will be delivered to your home but will be left on your doorstep. These items will be on a pallet and it will be your task to take them to the area of your home where you want them to be. If you require any special assistance with delivery, please call 868 813 094 and speak to one of the sales managers.

Standard Shipping: Shipping is free and we promise to ship the items within 7-10 working days of your order. We will send you an email with the shipping date. Deliveries are made using our own transport and drivers where possible and they will deliver the items to the area of your home where you need them, if it is in the back garden and the road is suitable, they will be happy to help you. If the delivery is outside the 150km limit of our Cartagena distribution centre, then the goods can be delivered by courier.

White Glove Service (5 working days) 149€. The driver will take the items to the required area of your property, assemble the furniture and do all the packing for you. The cushions will be kept in the plastic bags. Cushion storage boxes will not be assembled unless previously requested, this is due to the drivers not having enough time on the day to assemble them. Please note that this service is only available within a 150km radius of Cartagena.
